Purchases from Sarveda are shipped from our warehouse located in Kollegal, near Mysore, India, using reputable courier partners. Upon placing your order, please allow the following processing and delivery times:

• Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days, unless otherwise specified in the product description due to longer making times.
• Domestic orders within India are typically delivered within 3-7 business days. Deliveries to remote or complex coverage areas may require additional working days.
• International orders generally take around 1-3 weeks for delivery, depending on the distance and frequency of couriers to that country from India.

Returns Policy:

At Sarveda, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you encounter any issues with your order, here's our returns policy:

• We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your singing bowl set. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition. Please note that shipping fees (both to and from) are not included in the return process.
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
• Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
• If the return request is made after the 7-day period but within 1 month, we may still process the return and issue a partial refund up to 80% of the purchase price (excluding shipping charges). The refund amount will depend on the condition of the item.
